Gina Brunick, Owner/ Head Trainer

I began my internship with Falco K9 Academy in 2013 learning from Master trainers Andy Falco and Aldo Cecchi. In July 2016, I took over all the pet training division of Falco K9 Academy called Falco Dog Training OC.


I am a certified Falco K9 Academy Trainer, Evaluator for the Good Citizen Certification, Therapy Dog Evaluator with Therapy Pets Unlimited, a member of IACP, countless hours of CEU from Nationally known trainers. My studies with these trainers has changed the way I work with understanding dogs but most importantly understanding human psychology and its relation to our K9 companions.

Amanda Rice, Lead Group Obedience Instructor

Amanda Rice is a full-time Special Education teacher. Mom, wife and a part time Falco K9 Academy Group Obedience Instructor.


She started at Falco as a student with her Labrador retriever puppy Bauer, taking him through Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Off Leash. Shortly after Amanda started to intern at every group class, individually helping students and their dogs. In 2017 Amanda received her Falco K9 Academy Trainer Certificate and has become an intricate part of our team.

                        Zack Devore: Trainer 

Zack started with Falco DTOC in Dec 2018 as a Dog Training Intern.  In his 1 year Internship, Zack has assisted Head Trainer Gina Brunick and Master Instructor Aldo Cecchi in over 200 private sessions,  20 group classes, and assisted in over 60 Board and Trains from Basic Obedience to Severe Aggression. In addition, Zack has attended several workshops facilitated by very well know National and International trainers and earned his certificate in "The Art of Attention".

In December 2019, after completing his internship, Zack is now a permanent member of our Dog Training Team. 


Zack's skill set is puppy development and enrichment, working line dog breeds, Group class Instruction, Basic - Advanced Obedience. Soon to be Protection Decoy

Aldo Cecchi, Master Instructor

Aldo Cecchi is Falco K9 Academy's Master Trainer. He has been dog training for over 25 years in both the United States and in his hometown Cordoba, Argentina.

He is the owner of Falco K9 Academia in Argentina, A best selling author of "THE PERFECT DOG TRAINING METHOD: THE CECCHI METHOD OF BALANCING LOVE, RESPECT & ENERGY". 6 time Champion of IPO.  Advises K-SAR groups, Volunteer Firefighters, and Security and Defense Forces, regarding canine training in search and rescue dogs, from Argentina as well as from foreign countries.

Aldo runs the gamut of dog training from pet dogs, Search & Rescue, Service dog training, Protection Dogs, and competition dog training.

                    Gabi Schwainger - Trainer 

            Certified in Emotional Behavioral K9 Therapy

 Originally from Germany, a Corporate job brought me to the US in 2002. Some 14 years later, I left that behind and fell in love with dog rescue and training. Gabi partcipated in Falco's Mentorship Program taught by Master Instructor Aldo Cecchi an earned her certificate as a “Certified Emotion Focused K9 Therapist”. Soon after Gabi was hired as an assistant trainer with Falco Dog Training Orange County working with dog and their humans in the group classes, board & train program as well as private sessions.
