Welcome to our FAQ page! At Falco Dog Training OC, we understand that every dog and owner has unique questions and needs. Here, you'll find answers to some of the most common inquiries about our training programs, boarding services, and more. Whether you're curious about the best training approach for your dog, the tools we use, or what to expect during a boarding stay, we’re here to provide clear and helpful information. How do I know which training option is best for my dog?

Give us a call and explain your goals for training and our staff can guide you in the right direction!
What is needed for my dog to board at your facility?

We require rabies vaccinations, and like to have Bordetella and DHPP vaccines on file as well. Food is needed and you will sign a boarding agreement at the first drop off.
How far in advance should I make a boarding reservation?

We can take reservations up to the day before but recommend scheduling it a few days in advance. During a holiday or busy season we can book about 2-3 weeks out so keep that in mind as well.
Do you offer payment plans?

It depends on the service! Group classes and private lessons need to be paid up front but we offer payment plans for board and trains as long as the program is paid in full before your dog goes home.
Can my dog board at your facility if they are not friendly?

If you are concerned about how your dog will do with our staff, please give us a call and schedule a boarding evaluation so we can meet your dog and test them out in the kennel environment.
What are your facility hours?

Our lobby is open from 7:30am to 5:30pm every day of the week! We have staff at the facility as early as 6am and as late as 7pm to tend to the dogs. Our phone and email line is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, it is typically monitored outside of those hours in case of emergency
What is your training style?

We believe that not all training styles work for all dogs so we tailor our training to each dog, their owner and what is being taught. Our trainers use numerous methods to achieve your goals!
What areas do you service?

We service all of Orange County. If you are not located in Orange County please give us a call and we can determine how we can help you out and what service would be best for you!
If I purchase a package of private lessons, do they expire?

Yes, you have one year from the date of purchase to use your sessions.
If I have completed an evaluation or initial lesson, how do I book the service that was recommended?
