While some of our dedicated staff prefer to remain private, rest assured that each team member is committed to providing the highest level of care and training for your dog. Zack Devore
Owner and Head Trainer
With nearly a decade of experience in dog training, I specialize in both obedience and behavioral cases. My approach is rooted in the "Training Without Conflict" philosophy, a methodology developed by the world renowned dog trainer, Ivan Balabanov. I am a certified trainer in this approach, having completed both the foundational and expert-level programs under his guidance.
I am passionate about building strong, trusting relationships between dogs and their owners through clear communication. Whether you’re dealing with basic obedience issues or more complex behavioral challenges, I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of you and your dog.
Gabi Schwaiger
Lead Trainer
Originally from Germany, a Corporate job brought me to the US in 2002. Some 14 years later, I left that behind and fell in love with dog rescue and training. Gabi participated in Falco's Mentorship Program taught by Master Instructor Aldo Cecchi and earned her certificate as a “Certified Emotion Focused K9 Therapist”. Soon after, Gabi joined the Falco team working with dogs and their humans in group classes, board & train programs as well as private sessions. Gabi’s focus is on puppy development and training, helping rescue dogs adapt to their new homes and humans, group classes from Puppy to Intermediate obedience, helping owners bridge the communication gap with their dogs and solve problematic behaviors with the goal of a balanced, happy relationship between human and dog.
Alyssa Esquivel
Trainer and Kennel Technician
Meet Alyssa, one of our dedicated trainers with over five years of experience in dog training. She was inspired to pursue this career through her own personal journey with her service dog, which sparked a deep passion for helping others develop strong bonds with their dogs through training. Specializing in working line breeds, she has a particular interest in their drive and capabilities, but she also loves working with pet dogs of all breeds, helping them become well-behaved and confident companions through our board and train programs. With her hands-on experience and genuine love for dogs, she brings a unique perspective and skill set to our team.
Brianna Ray
Kennel Technician
My name is Brianna and I have been part of the Falco team since July of 2023! I play a key role in ensuring the dogs at the facility receive excellent care, from interactive playtime to regular potty breaks. I also take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all pets and visitors. My hands-on approach and love for animals make me a valuable member of the team, dedicated to providing dogs with the best experience during their stay. Since becoming a team member, I have also adopted Rocky from one of the rescues we work with (pictured to my right). He is a sweet and spunky boy who loves to have fun and make people laugh!
Amanda Cerolini
Kennel Technician
Hi! I'm Amanda - I'm a passionate animal lover with 10 years of experience caring for dogs in training facilities, animal hospitals, and veterinarian clinics. Despite being on the shorter side (okay fine... I'm tiny) I have a knack for handling even the biggest dogs with ease and a whole lot of patience. I'm a dog person, through and through, and I am committed to providing the best care for all animals and always strive to keep those tails wagging!
Dr. Cindy Devore
Kennel Technician and K9 Health and Safety Specialist
Cindy has experience in cleaning protocols and monitoring the health of the dogs including medication administration. She has created cleaning protocols using veterinary approved products that are effective but safe for your dog. By monitoring these processes with staff it creates a safe and healthy environment for your dog. Cindy received her doctor of pharmacology from USC. It’s great to have a doctor in the house here to monitor these processes. Cindy also has years of experience in the industry as she previously owned a boarding and daycare facility.
Hailee Devore
Office Manager
Hailee's involvement in Falco became prominent in 2023. Coming from a background in HOA management, Customer Service, and Project Management, she has been a great asset to the team and is excited to help Falco grow. She has taken on the role as Office Manager for the Falco team and is excelling in the position. She has appeared at numerous charity events and pet expos for fellow rescues and local city events over the past two years and looks forward to future events with the community. Hailee is happy to be a part of the Falco team of professionals dedicated to the Falco motto "Save A Dog, Train yours."
